May be only 66 calories but too many carbs. As a 60 year IDDM diabetic I would require another injection of 2 units of insulin just to snack on one cookie. I really don't think this a diabetic appropriate recipe. Sorry.

Did not look like the photo. Much flatter. Dough not as stiff--a little softer. Taste OK.

Hello! Usually the amount of substitute used is just equal to the amount called for in the recipe. Additionally, many sugar substitutes have a chart on their packaging to help you make the conversions. Hope this was helpful!
