What fruit!?!?

Can you use quinoa instead of rice?

Hi there! The Test Kitchen says that yes, you can use quinoa instead of rice. :) We do not recommend cooking the quinoa with the cabbage, but rather cooking it separately and then adding it to the cooked dish. Enjoy!

Used white rice as brown rice has 80% more arsenic in it than white rice chopped 1/2 green pepper and 2 beef bouillon cubes can add 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar to kick it up a bit very good

Can this be made using white rice?

Hi there! Yes, this recipe can be made with white rice, however it will change the provided Nutritional Information and most likely make this recipe not diabetic-friendly. Thanks!

This is great! Followed to a T and all loved it! Make it once a week!

Just thought it was o.k. kinda bland. I'll just have to kick up spices next time because my husband loved it.

This could be called "Unrolled Cabbage Rolls"
