You don't have to be a bunny to enjoy snackin' on carrots. We think you'll enjoy snackin' on our Roasted Carrot Chips as much as our floppy-eared friends. They're loaded with nutritious vitamins and have a great, lightly kicked-up flavor!

What You'll Need

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 3 carrots, peeled and cut into 1/8-inch thin slices

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oil, onion powder, salt, and cayenne pepper, if desired. Add carrot slices and toss until evenly coated. Place on rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until crispy.

ok. I must have not gotten them sliced thin enough. But I do loved baked carrots!

What an easy way to spice up simple veggies!

Really? 8 servings from 3 carrots? Those are some pretty skimpy servings, aren't they? Based on the calories and carbs, that's not even a full 1/2 cup (3-oz) portion.

Hello - These are meant to be sliced fairly thin, like chips, and eaten as a snack portion. If your diet allows, you can certainly eat more than one portion.
