What You'll Need
1 tablespoon reduced-fat buttery spread
1 (8-ounce) package sliced mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/4
cup chopped fresh parsley
What to Do
In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt buttery spread. Add sliced mushrooms and cook 5 to 7 minutes, or until they begin to brown, stirring occasionally.
Add garlic and parsley and cook 1 minute, or until garlic is tender.
