Colorful Veggie Stir-Fry

Need a fast go-along that's tasty, good looking, and good for you? Then look no further than our Colorful Veggie Stir-Fry! This mixture of carrots and sugar snap peas is terrific!

What You'll Need

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups diagonally sliced carrots
  • 1 (16-ounce) package frozen sugar snap peas, slightly thawed
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce

What to Do

  1. Coat a nonstick wok or skillet with cooking spray. Over medium-high heat, cook garlic and carrots 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. Add sugar snap peas and soy sauce, cooking until carrots and peas are just tender.
