What You'll Need

  • 1 can (15-ounce) black beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion

What to Do

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine beans, cumin, and orange juice concentrate; cook 3 to 4 minutes, or until hot.

  2. When ready to serve, garnish with chopped tomatoes and red onions.
