What You'll Need

  • 1 (8-ounce) package fresh snow peas
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce

What to Do

  1. Remove ends and strings from snow peas; rinse.

  2. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add garlic; cook and stir just a few seconds. Add snow peas and soy sauce and cook 1 to 2 minutes, or until just crisp-tender.
