Honey not good for diabetics ?

Hi there! Diabetics may replace sugar with honey in moderation. Honey is sweeter than sugar so you can use less honey than sugar. This recipe calls for 1/3 cup honey for 64 servings which is allowable by the ADA. Have a great day! :)
