What You'll Need

  • 1 (10-ounce) package fresh mixed field greens
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • 2 hard-boiled egg whites, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Sweet-Sour Salad Dressing

What to Do

  1. Combine greens, green onions and egg whites in salad bowl.

  2. Heat salad dressing in small saucepan until it boils. Immediately pour over salad and toss.
