This reminds me of a favorite restaurant salad I used to order. I like that this is a healthier version of it. I will enjoy this salad along with some other picnic items, on the 4th of July. I wonder how it will taste if I switch up the flavor of barbecue sauce. There are a lot of varieties out there!
