This tasty salmon recipe will make a fish lover out of anyone. Light mayonnaise seals the moisture in and creates a crunchy crust on this Golden Topped Salmon.
What You'll Need
4 salmon filets (5 ounces each)
1/3
cup light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2
teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1/4
teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
What to Do
Preheat the broiler. Coat a broiler pan or rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the salmon steaks on the pan.
In a small bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread evenly over the top of the salmon steaks, then broil for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve immediately.
