Make your own Seasoned Pita Crisps to enjoy with your favorite low-fat spread or dip. Our quick-as-a-wink recipe is so good, why would you even think of buying those greasy chips at the store?

What You'll Need

  • 4 whole wheat pita breads, split, with each half cut into 6 wedges
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon Italian herb seasoning blend

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Spray pita wedges with cooking spray on one side and lightly sprinkle with herb blend. Arrange sprayed side up on baking sheet.

  3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until wedges are lightly browned. Serve immediately or store in airtight container.
