When company is coming over we want easy appetizer recipes that taste great, but let us enjoy the day too. Our Zesty Apricot Cream Spread is the perfect way to add flavorful flair to a cream cheese appetizer that company won't soon forget. What gives it that little bit of zest is the horseradish!

What You'll Need

1/4 cup low-sugar apricot fruit spread
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 (8-ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese

What to Do

In a small bowl, combine fruit spread, horseradish, and pepper; mix well.
Place block of cream cheese on serving platter. Spoon apricot mixture over cream cheese and serve.
