These moist and crispy Crunchy Chicken Nibblers are sure to be crowd-pleasers! Plus, they are much better for you than the typical deep-fried popcorn chicken. Just because you're watching what you eat doesn't mean you can't indulge the right way!

I was wondering what part of the recipe had the most cholesterol? If it is the chicken, then I would have to find something else to try instead to keep that percentage lowest since I am on a strict low-fat diet. This would be the perfect dish to fill up my hungry teens after long summer days of fun.

you said this was low carb but you don't show the nutritional value. What is the carb count on this?

Hi there! In this recipe, The Test Kitchen used Bisquick Reduced-Fat Baking Mix. They found this ingredient at their local Walmart. Enjoy!

I cannot imagine that 3/4 pound of chicken provides 15 servings. I suspect it makes 15 individual pieces of the chicken. Which would serve maybe 5 if each person took only 3 little pieces of chicken. You show it served with sauce but the recipe is not here for that which would of course change the calorie count as well.

Hi there! - Sorry for the confusion. The recipe makes about 15 individual pieces, which serves about 4 people. We've updated the recipe to reflect this. This recipe is intended to be an appetizer or snack, rather than a full meal, which is why the chicken pieces are smaller. Since everyone may choose a different sauce to serve their chicken nibblers with, we have not included the nutrition or recipe for the sauce. However, we do have several sauces and dips you may want to try on our site, and each includes the nutritional info. We hope this helps - thank you for your comment!
